RETURN/REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT

1.  The products purchased in the online store are subject to return or replacement within 14 days (Article 1 of Paragraph 45 of the Law of Obligations Act).

2.  When returning, the product should not have any defects, should be complete, in the original packaging and should not have any visible signs of being used. When returning/ replacing the product a receipt for purchase of the product should be presented, as well as a filled warranty certificate if it has been attached to the product.

3.  The following products are not subject to the right of return or replacement within 14 days:

• The product, which has been ordered according to special requirements of the customer;

• Software, if the customer has opened the packaging and/or activated the product.

4. Transportation costs when returning/ replacing the product shall be paid by the Customer.

5. When returning the product, Amblik shall repay the sum paid by the Customer according to the agreement, but not later than within 30 days since the date when the Customer submitted the rejection of goods. In case if after accepting the returned product, it is found that the product does not comply with the provisions of the Clause 2, then the money shall not be returned to the Customer.
